Anu is a head-turning, stunning beauty and an intelligent university graduate who married the man of her dreams. She was always looking for ways to add value to anything she was involved in and as such she is an asset to any organization. She agreed to be a stay at home mum as her husband had a good job and capable of meeting all her financial needs. The home front needed somebody to as they didn’t want strangers taking care of their children.

Anu thought to herself that she could be a stay-at-home mum and still earn a living doing so. She knew she was not a burden to her husband but the additional income can help them achieve their financial goals faster. She started scouting for opportunities she could take advantage of and she found one in her children’s school.

She began to make some money on the side and added the profit to the money she saves from the monthly allowance that her husband gives to her. Before long, she had saved so much money.

She thought to herself, “what will I use this money for?”

Anu came up with the idea of buying a land where they can start building and decided to talk to her husband about it when he comes back home from work.

It was time for bed and Anu approached Olaitan her husband…

“Honey, I was thinking we should buy a land and start thinking of building a rental property so that we can start earning something from that”

Olaitan thought it was a great idea but they did not have the resources to start that project immediately as their joint savings is not enough to embark upon that and knowing that the times are “hard”.

Anu smiled and told Olaitan how she started saving from the monthly allowance he gives her and how she started a small business selling from the trunk of the jeep he bought her when she goes to drop off and pick up the children from school.

Anu was able to give her husband two million from her savings and with that they were able to start their first building project.
